I've been in healthtech and startups, primarily as a product manager, for over 15 years. During this time I've helped companies find their product market fit and transform their product culture.

In spring of 2021, my father passed. This time was difficult. After months of disengaging from work and family, I had an epiphany that created a motivation spike to change myself. I sought the help of coaches, first on the fitness and lifestyle side working with Dan Simmons from CJ Coaching, then on the mindset side with huge help from Keith Allen Johns.

These transformations, while difficult, were far easier than I thought they would be. Our tools today are amazing!
